Hilary Duff is one hot mama!

The 25-year-old celebrity mom showed the world that she has definitely shed all the pregnancy weight was she headed to the gym for a workout session in Toluca Lake, California, earlier today. The actress, who welcomed son Luca in March 2012, has been working her bum off trying to get back in her pre-pregnancy form. To help get back in celebrity shape, the star has turned to a regime of yoga and Pilates which has she has been chronicling on Twitter for all her fans.

Just last month she shared, "Went in 4 a nice little yoga class this am.. turns out I got the times backwards and was in full cardio on burn class called ex-flosion!! Oy"

For today's outing, the star skipped the cardio opting to work on flexibility with celebrity trainer Viveca Jensen at PILOXING which is a fusion on Pilates, boxing, and dance. Hilary even stopped to share a bit of the session by posting a few photos on Twitter writing, "Working hard with my girl Viv @piloxing kicking my butt!"

It seems that working out with all the latest trainers and embracing the latest fitness trends are the latest mommy-must-have in the world of celebrity moms. Here are a few of the celebrity moms who love to work out:

Kim Kardashian

: The reality star isn't letting a little thing like being pregnant slow down her exercise regime! Kim hasn't skipped a beat when it comes to working out following the announcement that she is expecting her first child with boyfriend Kanye West. Instead of slowing down, the star has turned to an expert to help her find ways to safely workout while pregnant. She explained on her personal blog, "Tracy Anderson is keeping me in shape! She is helping me make the adjustments necessary to keep me feeling happy, healthy and most importantly create a workout plan that is safe for the baby. It's really important for me to have a fitness routine that works for my body and my schedule."

Reese Witherspoon: The Oscar winner kept active throughout her third pregnancy with baby Tennessee last summer. For the most part, the actress skips the gyms and goes for activities that keep her moving in the fresh air. The mom-of-three is often spotted out and about in Los Angeles hiking, jogging, and playing with her kids to help keep her curves red carpet ready. Just last week, the star showed off the benefits of her fitness regime by hitting the beach with her family just months after welcoming the baby.

Jillian Michaels: The "Biggest Loser" trainer is a big advocate for fitness, but she had her own rough patch with her workout regime last year. In 2012 the celebrity trainer added not one, but two children to her family after adopting 2-year-old daughter Lukensia from Haiti and welcoming son Phoenix with her partner Heidi Rhoades. She revealed to Yahoo! omg!, "It was really hard in the beginning. It's definitely challenging to find the time for your own exercise regimen upon becoming a mom. However, it can be done. I have used a combination of strategies to get this done. First, I work out with my kids. I do exercise DVDs at home with my toddler while my son plays on his toy mat next to us. I take the kids hiking and put my son in a Bjorn carrier. I go jogging with the kids in the jogging stroller. I put my daughter in the sidecar of my beach cruiser. Second, I take turns trading with my partner on who is going to work out when. So I'll watch the kids in the morning while she does yoga, and she'll watch them later in the day when I go for a bike ride. Third, I recruit family or friends. My mom will come over Sundays at three to see the kids so I can get a workout in and get some work done. Their aunt will come over and play with them, so Heidi and I can hit the gym. Between all three strategies I piece together at least four workouts a week."
