The finale of Germany's "Next Top Model" showed off plenty of skin -- but maybe not the kind the audience was expecting!

During Thursday's finale, host Heidi Klum was ambushed by protesters with the phrase, "Heidi Horror Picture Show," written on their bare chests.

The two topless women were protesting on behalf of FEMEN, a women's equality group.

Security was quick to remove the women from the catwalk and Heidi brushed off the incident that was edited from the broadcast.

"I have just been seeing boobies in front of me. Too bad it happened at this special moment!" she told the crowd in Mannheim, Germany.

The rest of the show -- which included performances by PSY, Robin Thicke and Bruno Mars -- went off without further incident.

Contestant Lovelyn Enebechi went on to be crowned the Season 8 winner.
