Claudia gives HollywoodLife.com the scoop on the ‘Hart of Dixie’ season finale, plus her dreams for Magnolia in season two.

There’s a major storm heading to Bluebell on Hart of Dixie‘s season finale May 14, but Claudia Lee – who plays Magnolia, the younger sister of bride-to-be Lemon (Jaime King) — tells HollywoodLife.com the storm is nothing compared to the drama surrounding Lemon’s nuptials. “Things will surface, and some truth will come to light,” Claudia teases. That’s right, just when you thought all of the town’s secrets had been exposed, there are a few more they’ve been saving for the finale.

Read on for my full interview with Claudia:

First of all, congratulations on the show’s renewal! Where were you when you first heard the news?

“Thank you so much, we are so excited! I got a call from my dad right as my mom was picking me up from school. You know how you wait and wait and wait to hear about something, and then the moment you stop waiting you get the call? That’s what it was like. My mom and I went to Pinkberry to celebrate.”

Speaking of waiting, we’ve been anticipating this wedding all season. What can we expect from Magnolia in the finale?

“As you see in the previews, there is a storm brewing. My sister Lemon is trying to prepare for her wedding, and I’m trying to keep her from knowing about the storm. I am excited to be her made of honor so I’m trying not to let anything get in the way of that. Can you imagine? It’s total chaos.”

Since you know you’re getting a second season, what do you hope to see Magnolia do next?

“I really want Magnolia to grow as a person, but I can’t imagine her not having struggles with right and wrong. I think that is what makes her so unique. Lessons are always great when you learn from them — but where is the fun in all of that?”

Outside of the show, I understand you have a pretty hoy country career?

I just released my first album, Here Right Now. This album means a lot to me because I captured some of my own experiences, but added some fun elements to it as well. For example, my song “3 Leaf Clover” is country-rap. (I know, right?!) But it’s so much fun! And I just finished shooting the music video for it which will be released later this month.”

Country-rap? That sounds crazy! Would you want to perform on the show?

“Absolutely, that would be amazing! The CW is really good at layering shows with great music. 90210 and One Tree Hill — which is missed so much, by the way — are perfect examples of that.”

I know you wrote one song called “It Gets Better.” Do you want your music to be a source of inspiration for others?

“Yes, of course. Nothing feels better than having someone tell me that my music inspires them or makes them feel good. There’s nothing better than that.”

The Hart of Dixie season finale airs at 9 p.m. tonight on The CW. For more information about Claudia’s music, visit her official website.
