Kim Kardashian is allegedly upset that Reggie Bush's girlfriend is pregnant

Kim Kardashian needs to get pregnant more often, because it's helping her make some friends in high places -- A-lister Gwyneth Paltrow recently came to the reality show star's defense.

While attending the opening of fitness guru Tracy Anderson's new studio, the GOOP gal was asked about Kim's pregnancy, and surprisingly she didn't advise the Kardashian to go on a quinoa and kale diet or to cover her baby bump with a $3,000 muumuu. Instead she told ET Online this about the fat-shaming Kim has been experiencing: "I think that women should support each other, especially through pregnancy. It's a difficult time and I think Kim Kardashian looks absolutely beautiful. And we're supposed to gain weight when pregnant -- that's how God intended it."

Maybe Gwyneth Paltrow was just being nice because she and Kim are both clients of Tracy Anderson. However, if there is a chance that Kim can get in good with Gwyn, she needs to jump on it. Here's a look at a few possible Kim and Gwyn collaborations:

A Dash of GOOP Maternity Wear

Kim Kardashian could consult with Gwyneth on ways to improve her much-maligned maternity fashion, and the enterprising women could turn their collaboration into some extra cash by selling expensive knockoffs of the maternity designs that they find. Perhaps Kim has even gone a little Goopy already -- the plain white tee she's wearing in this baby bump-baring photo does look a lot like the $90 T-shirt that was once for sale on Gwyneth's website. They could always team up with Rob Kardashian to create $30 pairs of plain white "maternity socks."

A Makeover Movie

Kim clearly needs to work on her acting skills. Her performance in the movie "Tyler Perry's Temptation" was panned by critics, earning reviews like a gem from Frank Scheck of The Hollywood Reporter stating that Kim's "monotonous line readings demonstrate that she saved her real acting talents for her sex tape." Gwyneth is an Oscar-winning actress, so she could probably give Kim a few pointers. And who knows? Maybe the ladies could team up for a "My Fair Lady"-style makeover movie about an A-list actress who makes a bet that she can turn a reality show star into an Academy Award winner.

A Bang Bar

Gwyneth and Tracy Anderson are teaming up to open a blow dry bar, but here's a better idea -- Kim and Gwyn should open a "bang bar." Kim recently took to Twitter to complain about how her bangs are bugging her, so surely she'd love the idea of a salon that specializes in bang-related issues. It could offer trims, bang extensions, and a selection of clip-on bangs. However, the name of this hair care concept could probably use a little work.

A Rap Song

Gwyneth told the Evening Standard that she's a big hip-hop fan, which isn't surprising since she's besties with Jay-Z and Beyonce. But then she said this: "I'm like a bad mutha rapping along to every word as I cook." And do you remember Kim's attempt at singing with the toneless and terrible tune titled "Jam (Turn it Up)?" It would be hilarious if K-Kard and G-Pal teamed up to record a rap tune. Luckily, Kim already has some song inspiration -- she can respond to Ray-J's new song titled "I Hit It First." It's obviously about Kim, and Ray-J is seemingly trying to start a beef with Kanye West by writing lyrics like this about his sex tape costar: "She might move on to rappers and ballplayers/But we all know I hit it first/I had her head going North and her a-- going South/But now baby chose to go West/No matter where she goes or who she knows/She still belongs in my bed." Maybe Kim's response song should be titled "Kanye's Gonna Hit You Next."

A Post-Pregnancy Weight Loss Plan

Gwyn and Kim could also team up to peddle a post-pregnancy weight loss plan that Kim can promote by adhering to. But this "elimination diet" would probably call for eliminating all inexpensive foods from the pantry -- instead of spending savings on strollers and cribs, new moms would be encouraged to purchase $20 bags of gluten-free flour and $25 jars of Manuka honey. Of course Kim and Gwyn's workout DVD would just consist of moves that they learned from Tracy Anderson, and the result promised would be the butt of a "22-year-old stripper" just like Gwyneth's.

So do you think that the world is ready for a Kwymneth friendship?
