Darren Criss doesn't care if people think he's gay.

The "Glee" star is used to fending off rumors about his sexuality. Because he plays a gay character on the show, fans have sometimes made assumptions about his real-life orientation.

Still, Darren doesn't feel like he has to go out of his way to defend his heterosexuality. As he commented in the October 2013 issue of Cosmopolitan, "I know who I am. I feel bad for guys who have to flex their muscles. But hey, if that's the way to make yourself feel comfortable as a man-as long as it isn't antagonizing anybody-go for it. I'm okay with your getting a Miata to feel like a dude; just don't be a dick about it."

The "Glee" heartthrob has many admirers, both male and female. His craziest fan encounter? "A guy licked my face-straight up grabbed my head and licked my face."

Naya Rivera is another cast member who has had to address rumors about her sexual orientation.

Her iconic TV role is something she takes very seriously. As she told Latina Magazine, "There are very few ethnic LGBT characters on television, so I am honored to represent them. I love supporting this cause, but it's a big responsibility, and sometimes it's a lot of pressure on me."

Still, the "Sorry" singer made it clear that despite playing a lesbian on TV, she has never dated a girl in real life. In fact, she is very public about her relationship with her boyfriend, Big Sean. As she explained, "We know so many who are in the public eye dating somebody, and they're going in through back entrances and won't make eye contact with each other. That's just not us."

Despite Darren and Naya being straight in real life, that doesn't stop some Gleeks from wishing that Darren and Chris Colfer, and Naya and Heather Morris would date.

Back in March 2012, Chris addressed some of the more fervent "Criss Colfer" shippers, tweeting, "@Emmealq What is it with you guys and fictional relationships? Thank god there aren't any animals on the show."
