"Game of Thrones" actor Clive Mantle's real life is beginning to feel like a wild night in King's Landing.
The 55-year-old actor, who played Lord Greatjon Umber during Season 1 of the HBO fantasy epic series, was allegedly attacked on Sunday at a hotel in Newcastle, England and a portion of his ear was bitten off, the BBC reported.
A rep for the actor told the BBC that Clive was allegedly pinned down by a 32-year-old man after asking him and his associates to quiet down at the hotel where they were all staying.
The actor's ear was repaired following the incident.
"He is very shaken and shocked by what has happened, you don't expect this kind of thing to happen in a hotel," the actor's rep told BBC. "The part of the ear that was bitten off was found and sewn back on."
The unidentified man who allegedly attacked the actor will reportedly appear in a court next month. The BBC also reported that two other men were involved in the alleged altercation, with one released on bail, while the other was not charged.
A police investigation is reportedly currently underway.
