Kate Gosselin is one of many celebs who has admitted to plastic surgery.

Many celebrities who have obviously have had plastic surgery swear up and down their new and improved looks are natural. Not former "Bachelorette" star Trista Sutter: She's more than willing to talk about her plastic surgery - and she's loving the results!

The reality star dished all about her nips and tucks in Life & Style magazine. The mom-of-two went basically went through a "mommy makeover" to get a more youthful appearance.

"I realized that the surgery was something I had to do for myself, just for my own self-confidence and to feel good again about being in bathing suits and being intimate with my husband," Sutter told the magazine of her breast augmentation and eyelid lift.

Her husband, Ryan Sutter, is happy with the results.

"He wanted me to be happy, so he said, 'Whatever you need to do to make yourself happy, go for it,'" she added, saying she feels prettier these days.

Think Sutter is the only celeb to love plastic surgery? Nope! A few other celebs are more than willing to talk about going under the knife.

Wendy Williams

Talk show host Wendy Williams isn't ashamed of all the work she's had done, including breast implants. If anything, those who talk crap about it are just jealous, she says.

"Because if I said to that person, 'I got the doctor and I'm going to pay for it. Choose three things you want to do,' believe me, they would get it done. They are very jealous and scared. Scared of what their other friends would say, or to break out of the box and be different," Williams told XOJane earlier this year.

Janice Dickinson

The self-proclaimed "World's First Supermodel" has had more plastic in her than Barbie - and she wouldn't have it any other way.

"There's no such thing as too much," Dickinson told Closer magazine in 2010, adding she started with breast implants after the birth of her son, Nathan. "In my 40s I signed up for Botox and now I have it every six months.

Is she planning on stopping? Nope!

"My advisors say I should get rid of the neck -- you can have an incision in the back of the neck that will tighten it up," she added. "Am I considering it? Always. I'm going to be the best-looking corpse on the planet!"

Kate Gosselin

Having eight children at one time will do a number on a woman's body - just ask Kate Gosselin. The former reality star got a tummy tuck a few years ago and now regularly rocks bikinis. That's all she's cop to, though.

"But, I will take all of the talk about how rested and young I look as a compliment," she wrote on CouponCabin.com when people questioned whether or not she had a facelift. We still say she did.
