Remember when Halle Berry got a smooch from Adrien Brody?

It's Hollywood's biggest night, the Academy Awards. This year favorite host Billy Crystal returns, and the list of nominees is one of the best Hollywood's seen in years. But the show isn't always about glitz and glam, there are also plenty of outrageous moments, too. So here's a list of five of the craziest Oscar moments, ever!

Jack Palance's One Armed Push-Ups

This year's host, Crystal, helped give us one of the craziest Oscar moments ever after "City Slickers" costar Jack Palance won the award for Best Supporting Actor. After mocking Crystal, the then septuagenarian hit the floor to show the world he wouldn't be bested by his younger co-stars, because he could rock out some one-armed push ups.

Adrien Brody's Big Halle Berry Smooch

After becoming the youngest man ever to win a Best Actor award for his role in "The Pianist" Adrien Brody seized the moment by planting a big wet smooch on a totally surprised and unsuspecting presenter, Halle Berry. He later joked that he did the one thing most men won't ever get to do in less than two and Oscar and kiss Halle Berry.

Matt Stone and Trey Parker Dress Like Gwyneth and J.Lo

Leave it to the creators of "South Park" to do something totally wacky. When they hit the red carpet to attend the show for their Best Song nomination, "Blame Canada", the duo showed up in replicas of Jennifer Lopez's 2000 Grammy dress, now an iconic piece of pop-culture, and in Gwyneth Paltrow's pink gown she wore in 1999 when she won her Best Actress Oscar for "Shakespeare In Love". Believe it or not, they weren't the fashion emergencies you would think, because Joan Rivers loved the looks.

Marlon Brando's Oscar Refusal

Marlon Brando famously refused to accept his Best Actor award for his role in "The Godfather", instead he had Native American activist Sacheen Littlefeather speak on his behalf about the ill treatment of Native Americans in the film industry. The move was bold, for sure, but it drew mixed reactions from the crowd.

Probably one of the most memorable crazy moments in Oscar history, had to be the streaking episode during the 1974 Academy Awards. Host David Niven was getting ready to introduce Elizabeth Taylor, when a man decided to run across the stage in nothing but a smile. The crowd went nuts, but Niven did his best to keep his composure.

So we'll have to wait and see if this year's awards ceremony brings us any more crazy moments to add to the list. What's your favorite crazy Oscar moment of all time?
