Emma Watson looks gorgeous on the most recent issue of the New York Times Style Magazine which focuses on Fall 2012 fashion. On the cover, she's rocking a mod look with a navy blue Bottega Veneta jacket, large diamond stud earrings, a slicked back hairdo and perfect cat eye makeup. Many would look ridiculous with the slightly open-mouthed expression, but she pulls it off well and it adds to the photo. The sexy and sophisticated cover is one of her best, but what have been some of her other fantastic magazine covers?
Flare magazine November 2008
On the November 2008 issue of Flare magazine, the actress was showing off a look that fans weren't used to. The tag line said it all - "Harry Potter's Emma Watson like you've never seen her before." She was sporting an adult look with a strapless white BCBGMaxAzria dress, black hose and multi-colored Tom Binns necklaces. At the time, she still had her long wavy hair which looked lovely with the ensemble. Although it was a different look for her, it was done in a way that wasn't taken to the extreme. The photo is beautiful and is certainly one of her best.
Elle UK magazine August 2009
The then 19-year-old looked like a punk goddess on the August 2009 issue of Elle UK magazine. She wore a silver metallic tube top and black pants that were laced up the legs. Her hair was straightened, parted at the side and teased to give it a chunky look. A cat eye look, which seems to be a favorite of makeup artists to use on her, pulled together the entire style. We typically wouldn't expect such a funky head-to-toe look from the Parisian born beauty, but it looks really great on her.
Vogue magazine July 2011
Wearing an orange-and-white Prada dress on the July 2011 cover of Vogue magazine, the pixie-haired star is rocking a seriously sophisticated look. She looks like a classic beauty with slicked back hair, dark maroon lipstick and flawless skin. The dark nails, red and black bangles and red-and-black flower ring add elegant touches to the already lovely look. While undoubtedly grateful to be a part of the Harry Potter franchise, the photo shows her effort to be seen as an adult who is separate from her character in the films, Hermione Granger. If we had to choose a favorite amongst the four covers, this would be it.
Which of her magazine covers is your favorite?
