Election Night TV Coverage: Where to Watch and When

Election Day is finally here! And your favorite Tuesday night shows will step aside for wall-to-wall results coverage. Not sure what to watch when? Check out our roundup below to see what the networks have planned (all times Eastern):

Poll: Who are you voting for?

ABC:
A special edition of World News with Diane Sawyer kicks off at 6:30 p.m., followed by full election coverage at 7 p.m. led by Sawyer and George Stephanapoulos from Times Square. Barbara Walters and Katie Couric will also appear with the political team in New York, while Jake Tapper will be at Barack Obama's Chicago headquarters and David Muir will be at Mitt Romney's in Boston. To cap off the night, a special edition of Nightline will broadcast at 2:35 a.m.

BET: 106 & Park kicks it off at 6 p.m. before a special edition of Don't Sleep! with T.J. Holmes at 10 p.m. BET News will then premiere Battleground 2012: Vote Night featuring Ed Gordon, Dorian Warren and LaLa Vasquez at 10:30 p.m.

C-SPAN: The network will simulcast Politico Live starting at 7 p.m.

CBS:
From 7-2 a.m., Scott Pelley will lead CBS' coverage, along with Bob Chieffer, Norah O'Donnell and John Dickerson. Jan Crawford will report from Boston and Nancy Cordes will report from Chicago.

CNBC: A special two-hour Squawk Box starts at 5 p.m., led by Joe Kernen, Becky Quick and Andrew Ross Sorkin. Maria Bartiromo and Carl Quintanilla will anchor Your Money, Your Vote starting at 7 p.m. with John Harwood.

CNN: Wolf Blitzer and Anderson Cooper will host from Washington, D.C. starting at 6 p.m. Candy Crowley will be live in Boston, Erin Burnett in Chicago and Jim Acosta in Boston. In New York City, the network will use the Empire State Building as a reflection of the projected tally of electoral votes. The tower will be lit up in red, white and blue stripes, while the mast will glow blue or red to represent Obama's and Romney's respective electoral votes. It will change to either all blue for Obama or all red for Romney when a winner is projected.

Comedy Central:
The Daily Show and The Colbert Report will air live on both coasts starting at 11 p.m.

Current TV: Special editions of Say Anything with Joy Behar and Talking Liberally with Stephanie Miller will air at 6 p.m. and 7 p.m., respectively. Former Vice President Al Gore will host a roundtable with Jennifer Granholm, Eliot Spitzer, Cenk Uygur and John Fugelsang at 8 p.m.

Fox: Coverage begins at 6 p.m., anchored by Shepard Smith. Ed Rollins, Mary Ann Marsh and A.B. Stoddard will be among those helping out. Ed Henry will be live with Obama, while Carl Cameron will report from Romney's headquarters.

Fox News Channel: America's Election HQ will start at 6 p.m. with Bret Baier, Megyn Kelly and Bill O'Reilly. Greta Van Susteren will also interview former Gov. Sarah Palin. John Roberts will report from Romney's headquarters in Boston, while Ed Henry and Wendell Goler will be stationed in Chicago with Obama.

MSNBC:
A special Hardball with Chris Matthews kicks off the night at 5 p.m. Rachel Maddow and Chris Matthews will co-host Decision 2012 beginning at 6 p.m., which will include appearances from Al Sharpton, Lawrence O'Donnell and more. Melissa Harris-Perry will be live from Chicago and Chris Jansing will report from Boston.|

MTV: Beginning at 8:30 p.m., MTV will interrupt regular programming with newsbreaks featuring Sway Calloway in New York City, Andrew Jenks in Chicago and James Montgomery in Boston.

NBC: The network will transform Rockefeller Plaza into a TV studio featuring an Oval Office and White House Briefing Room set for Decision 2012 at 7 p.m. Brian Williams will host from "Democracy Plaza" with support from David Gregory, Savannah Guthrie, Tom Brokaw and Chuck Todd. Kristen Welker and Peter Alexander will report from Chicago and Boston, respectively.

PBS:
Judy Woodruff and Gwen Ifill will co-anchor starting at 8 p.m. alongside Mark Shields and David Brooks. Ray Suarez will report from Obama's headquarters and Margaret Wong will be with Romney in Boston.

Telemundo Media: In collaboration with NBC News, Jose Diaz-Balart will lead coverage from Democracy Plaza at 7 p.m.

TV One: Starting at 7 p.m., TV One will partner with NBC News for coverage from Washington. Craig Melvin and Roland Martin with co-anchor with guests including Karen Finney, Joe Madison, Stacey Dash and more.

Univision: Beginning at 7 p.m., Jorge Ramos and Maria Elena Salinas will anchor coverage from Miami. Lourdes Meluza will broadcast from Romney's Boston headquarters and Luis Megrid will be live in Chicago.
