Demi Lovato bashed Star Magazine over a photo it ran of Kate Middleton.

Demi Lovato is not happy about the tabloid rumors that Kate Middleton is pregnant. She believes that the media is helping to perpetuate negative body image in young people.

As Demi tweeted, "So apparently Kate Middleton (William?) is pregnant because of THIS picture… Are you KIDDING ME?!!...And people wonder why girls/guys have body image issues.. Whether she is or not, she still has a beautiful body. Shame on you Star magazine."

The "X Factor" judge is not the only one speaking out about self-acceptance. Who else is speaking out about body image issues?

Amy Poehler

In an installment of her web series, "Smart Girls at the Party," a young woman asked Amy how to overcome negative body image. Amy encouraged her to have an attitude of gratitude.

As she explained, "If you can go around your body and kind of thank it for what it gives you and thank yourself for your great eyesight, or your thick hair, or your nice legs, or your strong teeth or whatever it is that you have that you were given."

She also encouraged her to remember that we are all different and to focus on what you have, not what you don't have.

Emma Watson

This month, the "Harry Potter" star talked to Glamour about learning to accept her body shape and to not give into the pressure to be super-skinny. As she explained, "I keep telling myself that I'm a human being, an imperfect human being who's not made to look like a doll, and that who I am as a person is more important than whether at that moment I have a nice figure."

She also pointed out that much of the pressure to stay skinny comes from other women. As she explained, "It makes me sad to hear girls constantly putting themselves down. We have these unbelievably high expectations of ourselves...We say that the pressure is coming from men but actually it's from each other."

Lady Gaga

In a letter to her fans, the pop star revealed that she had a very difficult year, both professionally and personally. As Gaga explains, "Betrayed by lifelong friends, mentors I've had for years suddenly taking advantage of me, and a massive struggles with my body image. I've grown and left most of these things behind, the monsters of fame are very real. But I wanted to thank you for [bearing] with me a little bit."

Christina Aguilera

In an interview with Lucky, Christina talked about embracing her new fuller figure. She points out that it's all in how you carry yourself.

As she explains, "Actually, the challenge I've always had is being too thin, so I love that now I have a booty, and obviously I love showing my cleavage... Hey, if you can work it and you can own it, that confidence is going to shine through."
