David Hasselhoff and Hayley Roberts

David Hasselhoff may have popped the question to his girlfriend, Hayley Roberts, while vacationing in Australia. If the odd-ball Twitter posts are to be believed, the actor apparently believes the third time is the charm after she rebuffed his marital requests twice last year.

"Tried it again on top of the Sydney harbour bridge!" he Tweeted alongside a photo of himself on bended knee. "What do you think she said!?"

Reps for the couple aren't talking, so we'll just have to wait to find out if the Welsh model said yes! If she did finally accept the "Baywatch" star's ring, it will be the third marriage for the Hoff. He was previously married to former "One Life to Live" star Catherine Hickland from 1984 - 1989 and to actress Pamela Bach from 1989 to 2006. He is father to two daughters - Taylor, 21, and Hayley, 19.

If Hayley finally agreed to take a walk down the aisle with the actor, he will join an exclusive group of celebrity dads with three or more marriages. Here's a look at some of Hollywood's most married stars:

Larry King: The talk show king has been married eight times to seven different women. Now that he has taken the leap and retired from the CNN show he hosted for twenty-five years, King has time to catch up with his five children who range in age from ten to fifty.

Billy Bob Thornton: The "Sling Blade" star has five marriages and five divorces to his credit. Add in a broken engagement and the star becomes one of the most married stars around today. His most famous coupling came with his odd-ball marriage to Angelina Jolie from 2000 - 2002. Their red carpet antics including those infamous vials of blood each wore have become Hollywood lore.

Dennis Hopper: He is gone, but his Hollywood legacy will never be forgotten. At the time of his death in 2010, the actor was in the process of divorcing his sixth wife. Having hit the epic of his fame in the film "Easy Rider" nobody really expected his home life to be tame!
