It looks like another couple from "The Bachelor" franchise is biting the dust. Courtney Robertson was chosen by Ben Flajnik as the winner of the show's 16th season, but love wasn't meant to be. The couple first announced their split on October 5, and now reports are saying that Courtney is rebounding with Arie Luyendyk. The two were recently spotted making out during a romantic dinner in Phoenix. In an odd twist, Arie finished in second place on "The Bachelorette" just like Ben. This gives us yet another surprising turn of events in the ongoing drama that surrounds these shows. It's no shock that Courtney and Ben flopped as a couple. Only a handful of pairings actually make it once the cameras stop rolling. Here is a look at some of the couples from these two shows that remain together.
Trista and Ryan
This couple has to be the gold standard of success from these shows. After losing in the original season of "The Bachelor," Trista became the first star of "The Bachelorette." She chose firefighter Ryan Sutter in the finale, and the two were married on national TV in 2003. Since then, they have welcomed two children and lead a happy life in Colorado. In 2013, Trista will release a book that features tips on marriage and family.
Jason and Molly
Jason and Molly are one of the only couples to make it down the aisle, but it almost didn't happen. Jason actually chose Melissa Rycroft as the winner on "The Bachelor" in 2009, but called off the engagement after admitting he still had feelings for Molly. The two tied the knot in 2010, and they recently announced that they are expecting their first child together. It will be the first child for the two as a couple, though Jason has a son from a previous relationship.
Ashley and J.P.
Ashley chose J.P. over Ben on the seventh season of "The Bachelorette," and the two are in line to get hitched in December. In fact, it was recently announced that ABC cameras will capture the entire ceremony. The two have been engaged for more than a year, and admitted that they wanted to hold off on getting married until the time was right. With their recent news, it seems like that time has finally arrived.
