Get Committed: Who Is Really Crazy on American Horror Story: Asylum?

Just when you think you've got the sane ones figured out, they turn out to be the crazy ones!
American Horror Story's second season continues to ponder the question of sanity and who has it. This week's episode threw most of that up in the air with the introduction of Franka Potente's character named — wait for it — Anne Frank. Yes, that Anne Frank — allegedly. But her insistence that she is the famed Holocaust victim was the least shocking sign of insanity this week, as even Lana (Sarah Paulson), Grace (Lizzie Brochere) and Kit's (Evan Peters) true natures were revealed or tested. So who's sane? Let's take a look at that and other burning questions below:

Is Shelley (Chloe Sevigny) one of the Raspers?
Dr. Arden (James Cromwell) has been creating the monstrosities that roam the woods outside of Briarcliff, but what exactly is he doing to them? Whatever it is, he also does it to Shelley, telling her she'll probably live forever now.
Is Grace crazy or justified?
This whole time, she seemed to be the only sane person at Briarcliff — next to Lana — but it turns out she wasn't falsely accused and committed. Grace did indeed chop up her family, and was driven to this level of derangement because her father used to molest her.
Did Kit really kill all those people?
Even Kit begins to wonder if he's actually Bloody Face. Dr. Threadson (Zachary Quinto) believes Kit may have actually murdered those women, as well as his wife, in a crazy, bloody rage. Later Kit begs for Sister Jude's (Jessica Lange) forgiveness, really believing he could've done it. So, did he? She did say he was caught in the act.
Is Lana going crazy?
After spending what appears to be weeks within the walls of Briarcliff, Lana imagines herself receiving an award for surviving the ward and exposing its secrets to the public. Is this just wishful thinking, or has Lana begun to crack?
Why does Dr. Threadson want to help Lana?
He wants to help "cure" her lesbianism using aversion/conversion therapy so she can leave Briarcliff. But when it appears he really won't be able to get her through therapy, he decides to help her escape once he leaves the asylum at the end of the week.

Is that really Anne Frank?
Ryan Murphy does like to take liberty with history (See: The Black Dahlia in Season 1), though her story — saying she did survive the death camp, but decided not to come forward when her diary was published because people finally started paying attention to the Jewish plight — is a little too convenient. While, yes, she is in a mental institution, she does seem to know information about Arden that seems to be true considering the Nazi memorabilia in his house.
Why did Sister Eunice look nervous about Kit's possible sterilization?
After Grace and Kit were caught having sex, Sister Jude planned to have them both sterilized, causing the devil Sister Eunice (Lily Rabe) to get nervous. She decides to give Kit Grace's file, which reveals the truth that Grace actually chopped up her family. This, in turn, leads to him to seek forgiveness through Jude, who decides not to sterilize him. Does the devil need Kit's seed? Because we already have one devil baby from Evan Peters (See: Season 1!).

Does the monsignor (Joseph Fiennes) know the truth about Arden?
After the police start sniffing around Arden — because the woman he tried to defile filed a report — Jude tries to argue that Arden shouldn't be allowed at Briarcliff, but the monsignor ignores Jude and instead accuses the woman of drinking and being on a witch hunt. When Jude leaves the room, the monsignor calls Arden, warning him that he needs to clean house since people are onto him. And here we thought he was one of the good ones!
Will Dr. Arden's dastardly ways be discovered?
Arden finally got his hands on Anne, bringing her to his lab, but she knew this was coming and smuggled in the cop's gun, shooting Arden in the leg before discovering Shelley in a locked room. "Kill me," Shelley pleads. Will Anne go through with it?
