Clay Aiken has owned up to a bit of cosmetic surgery.

Former "American Idol" contestant Clay Aiken has admitted to undergoing plastic surgery. The singer recently made his return to reality TV as a player on Donald Trump's "Celebrity Apprentice" and was sporting a distinctly different look. "I had operative surgery on my jaw for a TMJ thing and I had them suck the fat out of my chin while they were in there," said the 33-year-old star of his new look. His comments ended speculation about his plastic surgery that had been lingering for a while. While we don't hear a lot about it, male stars seeking a cosmetic upgrade is fairly common. A lot of famous guys have been linked to plastic surgery but few have admitted to it. Here are some brave souls that came forward about cosmetic procedures.

Sylvester Stallone

The huge action star is still kicking butt in movies like "The Expendables" and looks to be in great shape. Many believe he has gotten some work done to maintain has buff look. If that is the case, it wouldn't be the first time that Sly has gone under the knife. The actor admitted to having a lift done in the past because of dead nerve tissue that caused part of his face to sag. He also doesn't hide the fact that plastic surgery is always on his radar. "Sure, why not do it? You have body work done on your car," said the "Rocky" star on the subject.

Mickey Rourke

Once known for his handsome looks, the actor sustained a number of facial injuries during his boxing career. After making a comeback with the hit movie "The Wrestler" in 2008, he opened up about his failed attempts to have those flaws fixed. "Most of it was to mend the mess of my face because of the boxing, but I went to the wrong guy to put my face back together," said the Oscar nominee of his regretful plastic surgeries. Fortunately for him the end result hasn't done anything to slow down his comeback.

The Rock

The wrestler-turned-actor is known for being one of the toughest people in Hollywood. However, he had some outside assistance to help shape his famous chest. In 2005, the star of "The Tooth Fairy" admitted that he had liposuction in his chest. Considering that he made his career by going shirtless more often than not, getting a little fat sucked out might not seem like such a huge deal.

Howard Stern

The shock jock once used his radio show as a forum to open up about his history with plastic surgery. In 2006, Stern admitted to having work done to make his nose and chin more visually appealing. Despite having a face for radio, the controversial host didn't have any issue with improving his looks.
