Singer Clay Aiken caused more than a few jaw drops when he appeared in promos for "Celebrity Apprentice" sporting a completely different jawline. He obviously had surgery, but he wasn't coy about it like other celebrities.

"I had surgery on my jaw for a TMJ thing, and I had them suck the fat out of my chin while they were in there," he told Andy Cohen on Bravo's "Watch What Happens Live." "I was like, 'You know what, while I'm already down, go ahead and take the vacuum in there and suck the fat out of my chin'."

The jury is out whether or not he looks better without the chin fat. One thing's for sure: He's not the first - or the last - celebrity to get plastic surgery.

Susan Sarandon

Veteran actress Susan Sarandon recently admitted that she's also had liposuction to keep her sexy frame in shape. Specifically, the actress has had lipo on her eyes and chin. Still, she's not planning to go overboard with her surgery, though she has other 'problem' areas.

"I have these two huge frown lines here (on my forehead)," Sarandon told People magazine. "But if you can't move your face or you're unrecognizable, I don't see how that's a productive enhancement. You don't want to look like a female impersonation of yourself."

Emmauelle Beart

French "Mission Impossible" actress Emmanuelle Beart admitted that she's had plastic surgery on her mother two decades ago. What's worse? She regrets it.

"It is a grave act in which you don't necessarily foresee all the consequences," Beart told a French magazine. "And it's an act that touches the soul."

She hopes no other women make the same mistake she did, mostly because she can't stand to look at herself now.

"Just the idea of an injection these days devastates me," she said. "So I don't know how I will get through these stages [of aging]."

Octavia Spencer

Oscar-winning actress Octavia Spencer planned to celebrate her awards season wins with a breast lift, according to a profile in Parade magazine.

"I am going to get my boobs lifted," she said of her plans for the fall. "That's going to be my first gift. I'm going to do that. I figured going into my 40s I want my boobs where they were when I was 17."

Diane Keaton

Veteran actress Diane Keaton is getting older, but she's not against stopping the aging process with plastic enhancements.

"My thinking about plastic is this," she said, "I haven't had it, but never say never. Because when you do, you are definitely going to go there."

Hey, we think you look great just the way you are, Diane.
