It's almost February and we're hoping that means you've been keeping with your New Year's resolutions! One goal on many people's minds, including tons of Hollywood's biggest celebs, is to lose weight before bikini season starts in a few months. Luckily, some celebs have learned the trick to losing weight and staying trim and have shared their secrets on how they shed the pounds.

Alec Baldwin

If you've seen Alec lately you might have noticed this "30 Rock" star is looking surprisingly slim these days. The veteran Hollywood actor dropped 30 lbs in four months and opened up to "Access Hollywood" on what he did to get healthy.

"I gave up sugar. I lost 30 pounds in four months," he said last week during an interview. "It's amazing."

Aside from cutting out sugar Alec also implemented several workouts into his routine including pilates, spinning, and occasionally yoga. Hmm...sounds sort of like the workout and diet plan we're on!

"When we're shooting ['30 Rock'] it's tough... When we're shooting and I can't work out, I just have to eat less. So, I'm very conscious of that.

We congratulate Alec on changing his attitude towards his diet and hope this means the slimmer star will continue to work hard on his hit TV show.

Jessica Alba

Jessica is one of Hollywood's most beautiful stars so when she showed off her killer post baby bod recently after giving birth to her second baby we were shocked. How did the actress get so slim?

In a recent interview Jessica cited her "mean" trainer as the one to help her get back in shape.

The one exercise routine Jessica says "hurts your feelings" is called Burpees. "You have to squat down, do a push up and then clap your hands above your head," she said. Eek, we're not sure if we'll be starting that routine anytime soon.

Jennifer Aniston

Jen is one tough cookie and we know from watching her for years that she has a body most women would die for. She's given several interviews on her workout routine but one thing in her message is consistent: workout every day and stay balanced.

"I do a lot of running - exercise is so important," she said in 2010. "Plus, it's all about balance. Work, exercise, diet, you need balance."

So if we run every day will we get a Jen Aniston looking body? Here's hoping!

Molly Sims

Working hard and eating right is easier said than done and while most of us can agree to that, even model and actress Molly says her sexy figure doesn't come easy.

"This does not come naturally," she said of her rock hard body. "I have to work out 60 to 90 minutes at least five days a week and stick to a high-fiber, low-calorie eating plan."

It's good to know beautiful celebs like Molly have to work just as hard as the rest of us on staying slim.
