Heidi Klum had to cancel her famous Halloween party due to the stormy weather in NYC.

This Halloween, many celebrities took to Twitter to talk about the holiday and their costumes. While there were a lot of general, "Happy Halloween" greetings from Hollywood celebs, some sent out some interesting tweets throughout the day. Here is a look at some of the most notable messages.

* Heidi Klum announced that she was cancelling her famous Halloween party, saying, "Hope you & your loved ones are safe after the storm. Canceling my Halloween party...postponing to a haunted Christmas."

* Eva Longoria asked her followers to send her some pictures, tweeting, "Happy Halloween everyone! Send me pics of costumes tonight and I will retweet the good ones!!"

* Jennifer Lopez plugged her latest tour while tweeting about Halloween, "Happy Halloween! We have a show tonight in Oberhausen! Let's play dress up! Can't wait to see your costumes."

* Paris Jackson sent out several tweets, including pictures of her costume, and this greeting, "what's the story , morning glory ? happy halloween everyone ."

* Joan Rivers added to the conversation, tweeting, "Flights from LA to NY are still cancelled due to the storm. Luckily I have my trusty broomstick! Happy Halloween to all able to celebrate."
