Gobble, gobble! Like the rest of us, the stars are preparing to celebrate Thanksgiving, but we're guessing not all of Hollywood is planning to dig in during the food-centric holiday. In fact, several stars have spent much of this year talking about how they got healthy. Check out some of the celebs below who will likely be eating healthfully at this year's Thanksgiving meal.

Jennifer Hudson:

Jennifer Hudson has been very outspoken about her healthy weight loss. Although she is a Weight Watchers spokesperson, she touts great foods, body love and working out as lifestyle changes for health over vanity. As J-Hud confidently explained to Good Housekeeping Magazine, "The only way you can sustain a permanent change is to create a new way of thinking, acting and being." The singer told Dr. Oz that she still eats her favorite foods, but alters the recipes for wellness.

Jennie Garth

The former "90210" darling has had a year that's been simultaneously difficult and victorious. The actress told People Magazine that she experienced a "rebirth" after her devastating divorce from Twilight" actor Peter Facinelli. Part of Jennie's new lease on life included "a healthier diet and twice-weekly sessions with a personal trainer." As Ms. Garth told the mag, "Sitting around on the couch eating Pringles all day is not going to help anybody."

Jordin Sparks

The Season Five winner of "American Idol" dropped 50 pounds this year. Jordin credits becoming a "gym buff" and a new fitness-friendly attitude. The "Sparkle" star stresses that her positive approach to health does not include body hatred or fanaticism. Besides burgers, Jordin says that her favorite indulgence is her "mom's sweet potato casserole." She tells US Magazine, "It's a good thing she only makes that once a year because I would eat it all day long!" We think we know what J-Sparks might be enjoying this Thanksgiving.

Paula Deen

Deen was once the queen of butter. With a diabetes diagnosis, however, she has become an advocate of healthy but yummy eats. The past Thanksgiving feasts made by the Food Network chef included apple cranberry stuffing, pumpkin bars and heavy mashed potatoes. The controversial cook says that she lost 30 pounds with portion control. We're sure that her holiday eats will be just as tasty, just more health conscious.
