Kathy Griffin is donating the proceeds from her December 16 performance at the Gibson Amphitheater to The Trevor Project. This organization helps gay teens who are experiencing depression and having thoughts of suicide.

Way to go Kathy Griffin! There has been a wave of gay teen suicides lately and it is tragic to see so many young people losing hope in their future.

The Love Ride: Jay Leno & Peter Fonda

The Love Ride is a motorcycle ride that raises funds for the Muscular Dystrophy Association. The event will take place on Nov. 7, 2010 and start near Glendale, Calif.

There are always celebrity hosts, participants and musical acts. Jay Leno will serve as the Grand Marshall of this year's event and Peter Fonda and Robert Patrick will also participate.

DKMS Americas (Bone Marrow Donation Center): Rihanna & Alicia Keys Speak Out & 50 Cent & Yaya Attend Donor Day

Rihanna has given an interview to People about DKMS Americas, which is a bone marrow donation center. The publicity she has given to this cause helps to save lives of people with leukemia who need a bone marrow donation. Recently Rihanna and Alicia Keys worked together to help find donors.

50 Cent and Yaya have also participated in a donor day to help DKMS Americas find bone marrow donors. They had a bone marrow donor day in 50 Cent's old neighborhood at the Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson Community Garden.

It Gets Better: Ellen DeGeneres & Eve Speak Out

The It Gets Better Project website was recently launched to support LGBT teens who may be being bullied. The site seeks to let them know that life gets better once they move on and become adults with a lifestyle of their own choice.

Ralph Lauren Charity Auction

Ralph Lauren is holding a charity auction to raise funds for cancer research. The auction will be active until October 21. It will auction off exotic experiences like getting to meet LeBron James and Jerry Seinfeld, front row seats at a Ralph Lauren fashion show, a vacation at Donna Karan's home in Turks & Caicos and a bike ride with Lance Armstrong.
