Buzzmakers: 'PP' Sequel News & Ozzy Denies Divorce

What had ETonline readers buzzing this week?

1. 'Pitch Perfect 2' Coming in 2015!

How's this for aca-mazing news?

The head of Universal Pictures just revealed Pitch Perfect 2 is coming ... in 2015. OK, so that seems like an awfully long time to wait for a sequel to 2012's most rocking cinematic experience, but I guess you can't rush perfection.

While it's unknown if the original cast will reprise their roles (odds are on Rebel Wilson returning for sure), the sequel will also be written by Kay Cannon.

2. Ozzy O. Denies Divorce, Admits to Drug Relapse

Amidst rumors that his 31-year marriage was on the rocks, rocker Ozzy Osbourne came to the defense of his relationship with wife Sharon Monday night, meanwhile dropping the bombshell that for more than a year, he has been "in a dark place" due to a relapse with alcohol and drugs.

The 64-year-old singer, who has a history of substance abuse, took to his Facebook page to clear the air with his eight million-plus followers and let them know rumors regarding his imminent divorce were untrue, as well as apologize to his wife, family and Black Sabbath bandmates for his behavior as of late.

Wrote Osbourne:

For the last year and a half I have been drinking and taking drugs. I was in a very dark place and was an a**hole to the people I love most, my family. However, I am happy to say that I am now 44 days sober.

Just to set the record straight, Sharon and I are not divorcing. I’m just trying to be a better person.

I would like to apologize to Sharon, my family, my friends and my band mates for my insane behavior during this period………and my fans.

God Bless,

Ozzy

Osbourne (as well as his son Jack) have been very public about their struggles with addiction in the past. The Black Sabbath singer and his bandmates are currently on tour promoting their most recent album 13, released last June.

4. Jennifer Aniston: I'm 'Constantly Scared' of Fiance's Pranks

Justin Theroux knows how to keep Jennifer Aniston on her toes! The actress revealed that her fiancé is quite the prankster around their house.

"Well, he calls it trickery," Aniston, 44, told Ellen DeGeneres on Thursday's show. "But he's constantly hiding behind drapes. And I'm constantly scared. It's like it doesn't get old on me."

Aniston, however, isn't as good at spooking as her beau Theroux, 41. She attempted to sneak up on Ellen which didn't go well. "It was as if you were running from a spider. ...Have you not ever scared anyone before?" the talk show host joked. "Don't you like to scare? Don't you hide when Justin comes home?"

When she wasn't scaring the host, Aniston answered questions regarding rumors that there is a Friends reunion coming soon. Not really sure where this report came from, the actress joked, "Well, you're hearing it here first, as am I."

Aniston added, "Did Matthew Perry start that? Because he's been getting some good airtime on this show. I've been watching."

5. Stevie Nicks: Reese Witherspoon's Too Old to Portray Me

Steve Nicks' alluring life filled with the many escapades she's endured as the lead vocalist of Fleetwood Mac and a solo artist urges to one day be adapted into a biopic. Nicks had originally tabbed Reese Witherspoon to play her on the big screen, but she is now repealing the actress as her selection.

"I've already told [Reese] she’s almost too old," Nicks told ET Canada at the Toronto premiere of her new documentary, In Your Dreams.

Although Nicks says in the documentary, which tracks the making of her 2011 album of the same name, that she wants the 37-year-old star to represent her in a film, she appears to have second-guessed herself in the time that has passed.

"I love her, but she's like, 'I could play your mother.' I'm like 'O.K,'" the 64-year-old singer-songwriter said.

Witherspoon may not be the ideal age Nicks has in mind for her portrayer, but she has had a successful history with portraying musicians.

At 30, she won an Oscar, Golden Globe, and a SAG Award for portraying June Carter, singer and wife of Johnny Cash, in the 2005 biopic based on Cash's life, Walk the Line.

While Nicks' biopic is nothing more than a conceptualization at this point, her real life is on full display in her recently released documentary. Her producing partner and Eurythmics musician Dave Stewart originally suggested that Nicks film the process of recording her first solo studio album in 10 years.

The Talk to Me singer wasn't too keen on the filming at first, but eventually allowed it, assuming that it would be used for a personal keepsake later on. With that mindset, she was startled when the footage was used as a standalone documentary.

"I thought a few people would see it and love it and it would go back on the library shelf," she told ET Canada. "They say good things come to people who wait… I think good things come to people who don’t expect anything."

Perhaps Nicks wasn't expecting the footage to be developed into a documentary, but In Your Dreams isn't the first documentary based on an album production in which she was partaken.

A documentary called Destiny Rules, based on the recording of Fleetwood Mac's most recent album (Say You Will), was released in 2004.
