Brooke Burke: ‘I’d Love To Do DWTS All-Stars With Derek Hough’
HollywoodLife got the inside scoop on Brooke Burke’s plans for her return to the dance floor for ‘DWTS’ All-Star Season!
After winning season seven of Dancing With the Stars with partner Derek Hough, we have loved watching Brooke Burke, 40, host our favorite dancing competition every week. Now, with the first ever All-Star season around the corner, Brooke admits that she “would love to get back out there with Derek.”
Although the show is still working out which celebrities will make their return to the ballroom, Brooke told HollywoodLife.com: “It would be a great opportunity to give people a second shot!”
Brooke’s picks for returning to the ballroom include Giles Marini, Sabrina Ryan, Carson Kressley, and a most recent favorite, Maria Menounous.
We spoke to Brooke at the launch for “A Reason to Smile,” a partnership she is involved in with Dreyers Slow Churned Light Ice Cream that gives away ice cream scoops in return for smiles, which will raise money to gift surgeries to children in need.
With summer around the corner, we also got an exclusive look at how Brooke maintains that perfect bikini body! Here are Brooke’s top three tips for staying in shape:
• “It’s all about staying conscious and being smart. I don’t believe in all of the fad diets. I never starve myself.”
• “I think it’s about…working out. I do it as much for my head as I do it for my body. It’s sort of like my stress reliever and its my ‘me’ time.”
• “I love to sweat and experiment with different things. It just makes me feel good!”
