The 48th annual Academy of Country Music awards will begin with a bang on Sunday as host Blake Shelton is set to open the show performing his hit single Boys 'Round Here alongside Brad Paisley and ACM co-host Luke Bryan.
ET has learned that the threesome will get a little help from the "girls 'round here," Sheryl Crow and The Pistol Annies (including Miranda Lambert). The all-star kickoff was confirmed via phone conference with ACM awards producers R.A. Clark, Jack Sussman and Bob Romeo on Monday.
Also teaming up for the big show, Tim McGraw and Taylor Swift will perform their new single Highway Don't Care with Keith Urban joining in on guitar. Plus, Hunter Hayes will combine forces with Stevie Wonder to perform a yet-undisclosed classic hit from the 62-year-old legend's catalog.
Some more of the night's featured performers include Jason Aldean, Kenny Chesney, Eric Church, Kelly Clarkson, Carrie Underwood, The Band Perry, Lady Antebellum and Little Big Town.
During the show, George Strait and Garth Brooks will hit the stage together for the first time in history to pay tribute to Dick Clark. This weekend, the ACM Artist of the Decade Award is being renamed the ACM Dick Clark Artist of the Decade Award in honor of the late icon and longtime producer of the ACMs.
Don't miss the 48th annual Academy of Country Music Awards when they're broadcast live from Las Vegas this Sunday, April 7 on CBS.
