Beyonce and Jay Z have faced a lot of breakup rumors this year, but Jay Z wants the world to know that he doesn't regret putting a ring on it!

A source tells People that the couple did have "major problems," but have worked out their differences and have renewed their marriage vows.

Beyonce said her "I dos" to the rapper on April 4, 2008, but it wasn't until October of that year that the Queen B confessed to being married.

As the couple reportedly seeks a fresh start by renewing their vows, they are also allegedly saying "au revoir" to America. People reports that Bey and Jay are "house-hunting" in Paris, France and plan to raise their daughter Blue Ivy there.

During the Paris leg of their On the Run tour, Jay Z didn't shy away from the telling the audience how much the power couple loved France. "We love Paris," he gushed. "It's special to us because we got engaged here, and this is where Blue Ivy was conceived."
