Lindsay Lohan will sit down for a one-on-one interview with Barbara Walters in the next few weeks, TVGuide.com has confirmed.

Though the interview will promote Lohan's starring turn as Elizabeth Taylor in the Lifetime biopic Liz & Dick, it's likely viewers will be more interested in hearing about Lohan's recent personal troubles. Last month, she clipped a man with her SUV in the parking lot of a Manhattan nightclub, and just last week police were called to her mother Dina's home in Long Island to break up a dispute between the two.

According to TMZ, which first reported the news, Walters' questions will focus on the similarities between Taylor and Lohan — including growing up as child stars and dealing with issues such as substance abuse.

A specific date for the interview has not been set. However, it's expected to air before the Nov. 25 premiere of Liz & Dick.
