Barack Obama put in his two cents about the "American Idol" feud.

Barack Obama has finally decided to address one of the hottest issues today, and we're not talking about the economy or healthcare. Instead, the President has weighed in on the feud between "American Idol" judges Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj. "I think they are going to be able to sort it out," joked Obama on a web show. "I am confident. I am all about bringing people together, working for the same cause. I think both outstanding artists are going to be able to make sure that they're moving forward and not going backwards." The two singers were involved in an incident where Nicki exchanged bars with the "Butterfly" songstress. Apparently, the feud escalated backstage, and reports say that Nicki threatened to shoot Mariah at one point. As the two try to move on from the spat, plenty of celebs have shared their opinions on it. Here are a few others that have weighed in on the fight between Mariah and Nicki.

Keith Urban

As an "American Idol" judge himself, Keith was right in the middle of the fireworks between the two ladies. Clearly, he doesn't seem overly concerned about any of it. "I love it, I gotta say," he recently said. "I love working with passionate people. I love artists. Everyone just sort of expressing themselves. It's a very alive and very invigorating work environment. A lot of passion." Keith and wife Nicole Kidman also joked about his diplomatic skills in handling the situation, with Nicole saying that her husband acted like Switzerland.

Jennifer Hudson

As a former "American Idol" contestant, Jennifer has a different perspective than most. In her opinion, the whole thing is nothing more than a ploy to draw attention. "I don't believe it," she said on the incident. "I think it's just for ratings for the show." Given those remarks, it will be interesting to see if Jennifer is asked back to the show anytime soon. The Oscar winner has returned to the "Idol" stage several times since being a contestant in the show's third season, with the most recent appearance in April.

Stevie Nicks

While most are taking a subtle approach to sharing their viewpoints, Stevie has chosen to go in a different direction. "How dare this little girl," said the Fleetwood Mac singer on Nicki's behavior. "If I had been Mariah I would have walked over to Nicki and strangled her to death right there. I would have killed her in front of all those people and had to go to jail for it." She apologized for the graphic nature of her comments, but it's safe to say that her feelings were obvious to everyone.
