Another familiar face will soon be seen on ABC's "Happy Endings."
Andy Richter, aka Conan O'Brien's right-hand man, will guest star on the sitcom as Roy, father to Penny Hartz (played by "Saturday Night Live" alum Casey Wilson), according to TV Line.
Andy will appear in an episode set to air this spring, which will address the narrow age difference between Roy and Penny (in reality, the actors are only 14 years apart), the blog reported.
Roy will suddenly resurface in Penny's life as her relationship with current on-screen beau Pete (Nick Zano) grows more serious, according to the blog.
Former "Will & Grace" star Megan Mullally plays Penny's mom on the series, which also stars Damon Wayans Jr., Eliza Coupe, Adam Pally, Elisha Cuthbert and Zachary Knighton.
"Happy Endings" airs Tuesdays at 9/8c on ABC.
