Amanda Bynes is really spinning out of control – and fast. On Tuesday, for the second time in two days, the former child star was photographed driving around Los Angeles despite the fact that her license is suspended. But this time, she was also caught smoking something from a pipe while sitting in her trash-strewn BMW. In a series of photos, Bynes is seen breathing in the smoke from the device and holding it, stuffing her face with fast food, and laughing to herself. According to TMZ, which obtained the sad pictures, remnants of burnt marijuana can be seen in a cup holder.

Bynes, 26, spent the entire day driving aimlessly all over L.A. First, she stopped at Baja Fresh in the San Fernando Valley for tacos, which she ate in her car in the parking lot. Then, she went to a spa, where she spent three hours getting pampered. At another point, she stopped at a Home Depot to buy multi-colored light bulbs. According to TMZ, the “All That” actress then “drove without purpose for several hours, sometimes cutting off other drivers and violating various traffic laws.” In one photo, Bynes is seen exiting a parking lot through the entrance, mere feet from two signs that read “Wrong Way” and “Do Not Enter.”

Much to the relief of Los Angeles motorists, on Wednesday a judge ordered Bynes to stop driving. Marsha Revel, who also presided over Lindsay Lohan's theft case last year, told the actress's lawyer that his client is to hang up her keys until further notice.

On Sunday night, she was pulled over by the LAPD because she was driving without her lights on. Shockingly, the police only issued Bynes a verbal warning, which suggests they did not run a check on her, because if they had, they would have realized she wasn’t supposed to be on the road in the first place.

Bynes will stand before a judge on September 27 to face two charges of hit-and-run (a third one she will not be charged for). After that, she will be back in court to deal with her April 6 DUI, in which she rear-ended a police cruiser following a night of clubbing.
