TMZ, Bynes – who has plead not guilty to DUI and is still awaiting trial for two counts of hit-and-run – was first pulled over at a nearby airport when cops spotted her aimlessly driving around a valet area. About 90 minutes later, cops once again intervened, and when they ran her license, it came up as suspended so they immediately had her car towed. The hits just keep coming for Amanda Bynes. On Friday, the actress was charged with two counts of driving on a suspended license stemming from last Sunday when she was pulled over and her car was impounded in Burbank, California, about a week after a judge had ordered her to stop driving. Although Bynes clearly has some issues behind the wheel, help is available. Goodyear sent both the “What I Like About You” actress and the equally driving-challenged Lindsay Lohan letters on Thursday offering them a free one-on-one driving lesson at the company’s Akron, Ohio, headquarters. “We're concerned for your safety and the safety of those who hit the road each day, and we'd like to help out any way we can,” read the letter to Bynes.
It’s unclear if the 26-year-old ever received the note because it was addressed to her agent at CAA, and as TMZ reported on Friday, Bynes has been dropped by her agent, publicist, and lawyer in recent weeks. Bynes, who has not appeared in a movie since 2010’s “Easy A,” told People on Wednesday that she has retired from acting and is instead going to move to New York City and start a fashion line.
