Talk about a tweet couple!
"Bachelor" alums Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici may have just tied the knot in a live TV extravaganza, but the newlyweds aren't spending all of their time in the honeymoon suite. The darling duo has been active on social media since they said their "I do's" last week.
While the couple's honeymoon plans were top secret, they did dish to ABC News that they'd be headed to someplace warm. "It'll be tropical. We'll be on a beach for a week of R&R," Lowe said. "We'll just decompress and just be newlyweds!"
According to E! News, the tropical place turned out to be Tahiti, with the couple making a pit stop at a resort on the island of Bora Bora. But while we're sure the Lowes -- who made no secret of their plans to wait until marriage to consummate their relationship -- are making plenty of use of their honeymoon suite (the bride nicknamed it "consummation station"), they've certainly been making plenty of use of Twitter during their travels, too.
Lowe started out by posting a couple of wedding pics, first a sweet Instagram shot of the couple and a second photo that showed him doing his ugly cry during the ceremony. He captioned the pic with: "The worst cry face in the history of cry faces. Get a hold of yourself man."
His bride returned the favor with a joyous post-ceremony shot and the caption: "The best day of my life. I'm a Lowe!" She later tweeted, "Think Sean was hot before? He's even hotter wearing a wedding ring :)"
And always the jokesters (that's why we love this couple!), Lowe later posted an Instagram pic of his wife from the airport. "Our honeymoon is starting off with exquisite Asian cuisine," he captioned the photo. But a closer look reveals that Giudici is eating a Cup O' Noodles.
Once the honeymoon's over, what's next for the newlyweds? According to the Fresno Bee, the too-cute couple will reside in Dallas, but they aren't ruling out a return to Hollywood if the right job offers pop up.
At a network party, Lowe said the couple likes to hang at home "alone, in our sweat pants, watching TV." And he added, "We need some time just to learn to be a couple and that involves the good times and the bad times. You have to learn how to fight and compromise in a healthy matter. The one thing I have learned about Catherine since the show ended is how passionate a person she is. She puts her heart into everything - including me. Every day I learn a little more about her."
The Lowes are the fourth couple from the "Bachelor" franchise to wed in a televised ceremony.
