Splitsville: Demi Lovato and Wilmer Valderrama

Demi Lovato is done with Wilmer Valderrama, Page Six reports. The Disney star, six months sprung from rehab, began dating the infamous Casanova before seeking treatment for an eating disorder and other issues last October; they rekindled the romance when she left a Chicago-based facility in late January. But now, they've decided to call it quits.

"The age difference meant they were in completely different places in their lives," a source says of Lovato, 18, and Valderrama, 31, whose previous conquests include Lindsay Lohan, Ashlee Simpson and Mandy Moore. The "That 70s Show" actor and Hollywood socialite once bragged about deflowering Moore on Howard Stern's show. The world cringed for her; we wondered whether Lovato had bothered to Google the words "Wilmer" and/or "Valderrama."

Compounding Lovato's alleged heartbreak, Page Six has also learned that the actress-singer's supportive mother, Dianna Hart de la Garza -- a former Dallas Cowboys cheerleader -- recently entered rehab to get help with her own issues.

So maybe it's good for Lovato to be single right now -- after all, the girl has gone through a lot in the past few months.

Representatives for Lovato and Valderrama did not immediately respond to requests for comment on the breakup.
