Report: ‘Friday Night Lights’ Star Zach Gilford Engaged to Actress Kiele Sanchez

Some engagement news for "Friday Night Lights" fans, via People.com: a source says Zach Gilford, who portrayed sensitive football star Matt Saracen on the cult TV drama, is getting married to his girlfriend of more than a year, actress Kiele Sanchez.

Gilford, 29, and Sanchez, 35, appeared together in an ABC pilot called "The Matadors," which never got picked up. Sanchez, who had a small part as Nikki Fernandez on "Lost," now stars in the guilty-pleasure A&E crime dramedy "The Glades."

When reached by The Famous, Gilford's publicist declined comment. A representative for Sanchez could not immediately be reached.
