Lindsay Lohan Serves Only 4 1/2 Hours In Jail

Well, that was quick. After countless hours of nonstop courtroom drama, Lindsay Lohan checked in and out of jail in the span of about four-and-a half hours. The reason for her short stay: overcrowding.

According to TMZ, Lohan's stint at the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, Calif., began at 9 p.m. Sunday night. She was yanked out around 1:30 on Monday morning.

Last week, the 25-year-old troublemaker was sentenced to 30 days in jail for probation violation; she must complete 18 sessions of psychotherapy, as well as 53 days of community service at the L.A. County morgue by March, or risk going back to the slammer for 270 days. The next day, she reportedly crashed the "J. Edgar" premiere party in Hollywood, demanding to see "Leo," aka Leonardo DiCaprio.
