Lindsay Lohan Sentenced to 30 Days in Jail (UPDATES)

Updates: Lohan has been sentenced to 30 days in jail for violating her probation by blowing off her duties at a women's shelter as well as court-mandated psychotherapy. According to TMZ, Lohan's time cannot be served with house arrest, and the Sheriff's Department says she will actually spend just six days, or 20 percent of the sentence, in jail. That six-day term will begin on November 9th.

If she screws up again, she'll be thrown behind bars for 270 days. Under Judge Stephanie Sautner's strict schedule, she must complete all probation hours at the L.A. county morgue by March 29 -- or face jail time.

"They seem to have an issue with you tweeting," Sautner told Lohan, referring to her janitorial work there.

Update: Lohan arrived shortly before her 10 a.m. hearing dressed in a festive polka-dot number that will surely place her on L.A. County Weekly's "Best Dressed" list. (Har, har.) Court = just like a movie premiere.

It's Wednesday, which means Lindsay Lohan will face a judge for the hundredth time to determine ... what was the issue again? Ah, yes: probation violation.

TMZ is live-streaming Lohan's entrance into the Los Angeles courthouse where she'll go up against Judge Stephanie Sautner, who's reportedly prepared to sentence the 25-year-old troublemaker to 30 days in the slammer for skipping court-ordered community service at a women's shelter.

"Lindsay is an extremely strong individual, and is going to do whatever she has to do in order to move on with her life. She is a gifted artist, a compassionate individual and a loyal person who is true to herself. Whatever happens today, she will face it with spirit, courage and strength," Lohan's publicist, Steve Honig, told Radar Online.

"She's doing fine and we're not commenting on anything else right now," Honig said in a statement to The Famous, moments before Lohan was scheduled to arrive for the hearing.

BUT WHAT WILL SHE WEAR TO COURT?!?
