Kelly Osbourne is defending Miley Cyrus' reputation as new footage of the former "Hannah Montana" star possibly declaring herself a pothead spreads throughout the interwebs. Osbourne, who presented Cyrus with a Bob Marley cake for her 19th birthday last week, vented on Twitter:

The outspoken "Fashion Police" co-host, who recently called enemy Christina Aguilera "fat" in a rare moment of mean girl behavior), was caught on video -- obtained by The Daily -- gifting Cyrus with the Marley confection. Cyrus said, seemingly half-joking: "You know you're a stoner when friends make you a Bob Marley cake — you know you smoke way too much (bleeping) weed."

Osbourne's perfectly timed response: "I thought salvia was your problem, man?"

After the clip was leaked, Osbourne immediately came to Cyrus' defense, tweeting: "let me make something very clear after @MileyCyrus salvia incident we started calling her bob miley as a JOKE!" And in case we didn't get the message the first time, it was -- she repeated for good measure -- "A JOKE! it makes me sick that ... so called 'friends' would sell her out and lead people 2 believe she is someone that she is not!"

Meanwhile, a rep for Cyrus echoes the sentiment in a statement to "Entertainment Tonight," saying: "It was a joke. It's all been taken out of context. The cake was a joke and Miley's response was intended to be sarcastic."
