Kate Major Gets Evicted Following Michael Lohan Arrests

First the Michael Lohan drama. Now this: Kate Major is getting evicted from her Florida condo due to all the media attention on her domestic-violence dispute with Lohan, TMZ reports.

Apparently, Major's neighbors are none too pleased with the prowling photographer on the premises, so the luxury building in Tampa has given her until Nov. 1 pack up -- and get out.

Lohan, aka "Father of the Year," was arrested twice for A) allegedly physically abusing Major and B) harassing her with phone calls. When the police showed up to his hotel Wednesday night, Lohan tried to flee arrest by jumping off his third-floor balcony, falling 34 feet to the ground and crashing into some wooden chairs. (He attempted to hide in some trees.)

Major is former tabloid reporter who became famous for dating Jon Gosselin and then becoming briefly engaged to Lohan. Let's hope she permanently avoids stage dads -- and finds a new place to live.
