Charlie Sheen Texted $20K Offer To Capri Anderson

The Charlie Sheen fiasco continues to unravel in ridiculous ways. After that fateful night at the Plaza hotel, "Teflon Charlie" appeared to be calm and collected, telling people, "I'm not panicking." But he was, in private: TMZ has snapped up some text messages Sheen shot off to adult-film star Capri Anderson. The bad-boy actor offered her $20,000 in exchange for her silence because he felt "really bad."

Hours after trashing his Plaza hotel suite, allegedly locking Anderson in the bathroom and being shipped to a psych ward when the cops came, Sheen texted with the $20K offer. "All I need is an Acct number etc and I will wire u 20k if u think thatwill cover everything," he wrote. "I really feel bad, u are as cool and sexy andas sweet and fun and friendly as they get!" In another text, he cooed: "Don't worry about our mutual friends, deal with me directly and I promise u kind lady, all will be restored and set straight." Anderson (real name: Christina Walsh) never got the money.

Meanwhile, Sheen is suing Anderson for extortion, and Anderson is refraining from her original plan to sue Sheen for battery, among other charges, following her allegations that he threw a lamp at her and grabbed her by the throat. "Christina is listening to what law enforcement are telling her aboutwhat to expect going forward," a source tells Radar Online. "She is prepared to testify againstCharlie if criminal charges are filed against him. She wants to dealwith the criminal investigation first, then proceed accordingly."

Ack. Is Sheen panicking now?
