The Charlie Sheen Fiasco Just Got Messier

It's difficult to keep track of Charlie Sheen's many, many controversies but the latest is one for the ages: it involves Sheen trashing his luxury Plaza hotel suite and allegedly locking a woman in the bathroom over a missing watch. It involves the bad-boy actor being shipped to a psych ward in New York City that night, and leaving for Los Angeles the next day to head back to work on "Two And A Half Men." And now it involves a case of He Said/She Said with the woman he allegedly locked in the bathroom.

Her side: While dishing her side of the story on Monday's "Good Morning America," adult-film star Capri Anderson accused Sheen of throwing a lamp at her and grabbing her by the throat. She revealed she intended to sue for battery, assault and false imprisonment. She said she was paid $3,500 for an "appearance fee" to, uh, hang out with Sheen, but claimed she was never paid the money. (In a "Law & Order" twist, Anderson also reportedly told Sheen's ex Denise Richards that she's a prostitute).

His side: The audacity! The actor filed a lawsuit of his own late Monday, denouncing Anderson as "an opportunistic pornographic film star and publicity hungry scam-artist." He claims she told cops after his hotel-room rampage that he "acted like a total gentleman." He claims she "fabricated a sensational tale about being assaulted, battered and held against her will" and tried to extort him for $1 million -- or else she would go public with her story. Sheen wants $165,000 for a watch he accuses Anderson of stealing in addition to "exemplary and punitivedamages against Defendant in an amount sufficient to punish and deterDefendant, the exact amount subject to proof at time of trial."

Oh yes, this could go to trial. Good thing Sheen has plenty of experience in a courtroom because this hot mess is going to get even messier.
