7 Stars Who Can’t Be Called Gym Rats

Maybe they're born with it?

When it comes to Hollywood, there are two types of stars: ones who say they live by a strict regimen of diet and exercise to maintain their big-screen-ready bodies, and (annoyingly) those who … are apparently blessed with a superior skinny gene.

Jennifer Lawrence just won an Oscar, is starring in the second installment in one of Hollywood's biggest franchises, "Hunger Games: Catching Fire," and is successfully rocking a hard-to-pull-off pixie cut … could things be any better for the 23-year-old actress?

Apparently, yes. According to the svelte star, she doesn't even have to log in hours at the gym to keep her enviable physique.

"During 'Hunger Games,' when I was eating ungodly amounts, I used to tell myself, 'Stop eating, people are going to see this. This movie is going to be around forever,'" she says in the new issue of In Style. "But nope! I was like, I still want candy and I still want a hot dog."

Not even her nearly naked turn as Mystique in "X-Men" (the actress wears nothing but blue body paint) could motivate her to hit the gym. "Then 'X-Men' started, and I thought, 'Oh definitely, I'll work out and diet.' But nope. Not me!"

In fact, the star, who's also appearing in David O. Russell's "Hustle and Flow" this year, insists she is staunchly against any type of body criticism.

"If anybody even tries to whisper the word 'diet,' I'm like, 'You can go f--k yourself,'" she told Harper's Bazaar U.K. In October.

Lawrence is in some pretty, well … pretty company when it comes to fellow starlets that say you won't find them sweating away the calories on a treadmill.

"I'm always on the go," Blake Lively, 26, recently told Vogue Paris, attributing her enviable physique to an active lifestyle. "I don't need to have a [trainer] or pay attention to what I eat. I can't start my day without a cup of hot milk chocolate or finish without crunching a few dark chocolate squares. It's good for my morale."

That's not the first time Ryan Reynolds's wife has proclaimed her sweet tooth-over-sweat approach to life.

"I eat cupcakes, and I don't work out," Lively revealed to Us Weekly last year. "But if you ask me in 10 years, I'm going to regret answering that way now . . . I don't even drink water. It's terrible."

Walking frown Kristen Stewart, 23, didn't feign humility when discussing her tricks for staying svelte. "I'm naturally slim," she told Vogue Italia in 2011. "It runs in the family, so I don't have to do particular sports or follow diets. I do all the exercise I need on set."

“For me, I would eat healthy, but I refuse to use the term 'diet.' I don't ever want to be that person whose self-image overtakes who they are," "sample-sized" singer Taylor Swift told Vogue in 2012. "I am not a fan of working out that much. There's no regimen. There's no personal trainer." Though she did admit to running on her own. "If I need to gain stamina for a tour, I will run every single night on the treadmill, but I don't necessarily like being at the gym," added the 23-year-old.

Megan Fox, 27, who has a second little one on the way with hubby Brian Austin Green, is known for her amazing figure, and has even said she's been told to gain weight for roles (10 pounds for "Transformers II" back in 2008) — but while Fox maintains she's not a gym fan (despite working out with celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak), she does cop to the occasional cleanse. "I'm not one for dieting or exercising, because I'm lazy and I have a really big sweet tooth, so I have to do cleanses every once in a while 'cause of the amount of sugar I take in," she told the Herald Sun in 2010.

Before she had daughter, Marlowe, with Tom Sturridge, Sienna Miller, 31, vocalized her thoughts on pumping iron. "Recently I found myself thinking, I'm getting wrinkles and things are wobbling should I go to the gym? Then I was like 'f--k it,'" the British actress told the Herald Sun in 2011.

Joining her younger Tinseltown counterparts in the anti-gym club, when Angelina Jolie was filming "Salt," the action star, 38, said she didn't have to do much to maintain her slim body. “I really don’t work out. I’ve always been kind of slight, and I've always loved to run and jump around and be physical, so action roles are not a huge challenge for me. I enjoy them."
