The happy news was broken by E!, who claim multiple sources confirmed the pregnancy. Dad, of course, is hip-hop mogul Jay-Z, whom Beyoncé married in 2008. The new arrival will join big sister Blue Ivy, who celebrated her first birthday in January.
Discussion of Beyoncé's possible condition began recently when the singer's fans began speculating about a visible "baby bump" onstage during her 2013 Mrs. Carter tour stops.
Beyoncé also sparked gossip when she showed up at the Met Gala earlier this month in a belted gown that appeared to camouflage her midsection.
The final straw in the gossip mill came when she canceled a recent show in Belgium, reportedly under doctor's orders, due to "dehydration and exhaustion."
There has been no comment from either Beyoncé or Jay-Z's camps as of posting time. Although congratulatory posts have been rapidly rolling in on the couple's respective social media (including one from Russell Simmons), no personal confirmation has been made.
