Jesse James Reportedly Engaged to Paul Mitchell Heiress: Who Is She?

Despite his reputation, serial cheater Jesse James has convinced someone to marry him. The ex-husband of Sandra Bullock, who had affairs with as many as 11 women behind his famous wife's back, is reportedly engaged to Alexis DeJoria, a drag racer and multi-billionaire heiress to the Paul Mitchell hair company. According to Hollyscoop, the former reality star recently proposed after less than two months of dating. Moving fast seems to be James' M.O.: He also popped the question to Kat Von D after roughly five months, but the two split for good a second time in September 2011 after she claims she discovered he had cheated on her with 19 women, which he did not deny nor confirm.

On Tuesday, after news of his new engagement broke (James' agent did not respond to omg!'s request for confirmation), the 43-year-old posted a photo of his bride-to-be shooting a gun on Facebook with the Arthur Rubenstein quote, "I have found that if you love life, life will love you back." Not long after, DeJoria responded to a fan's tweet that Jesse was a "stand up guy," with "Yes he is and I'm proud to be his lady!"

Besides a shared love of guns, James and DeJoria, 35, the daughter of Paul Mitchell founder John Paul DeJoria, also have a thing for cars and tattoos. DeJoria is a rookie in the professional ranks of the National Hot Rod Circuit. The two reportedly met in early September when one of his companies sponsored a mutual friend's team. "Jesse has been helping her compete," a source told Radar Online last month. "He's been hanging out in her pit area during races, passing on his expertise to the team of mechanics, and was even spotted helping Alexis pack up her parachute after a race."

If James plays his cards right, it could pay off in more ways than one. His fiancée, who also has a 9-year-old daughter named Isabella, stands to inherit much of her father's $4 billion, thanks to not only Paul Mitchell, but also Patron liquor, which he also created. "Alexis has lived a good life so far and one day, when her inheritance comes through, she will be a very wealthy lady," a Radar sourced added.

In April, the "Monster Garage" star explained to omg! that he doesn't feel the negative opinion people have of him is warranted. "I think I've paid the price and then some, you know? I don't know anybody anywhere that's had to endure what I had to endure for basically infidelity. It's just the nature of my life. People always will want me sainted one minute, and strung up the next."

But time will tell if he's worthy of another chance.

Should James and DeJoria actually make it down the aisle, this will be his fourth marriage. In addition to Bullock, he was married to porn star Janine Lindemulder, with whom he has 8-year-old daughter Sunny, as well as Karla James, with whom he has daughter Chandler, 15, and son Jesse James Jr., 13.
