Blake Shelton on Cheating Rumors: I Love Being in the Tabloids

You gotta love Blake Shelton for his honesty!

The country superstar sat down with "CBS This Morning" co-host Gayle King in a new interview that aired this morning and opened up about wife Miranda Lambert, even addressing those pesky cheating rumors.

"I love it," Shelton said about being in the tabloids more over the last year and a half. "I honestly do love it. I just know, to have that kind of coverage, if I'm popular enough they want to put me and Miranda on that stuff -- that's awesome. I have an album coming out! Put my album right next to it and pick it up."

More celebrities should be so candid!

"The Voice" judge married Lambert in 2011 and has battled infidelity rumors a few times over the past couple of years.

"I just don't think my fans either are buying into it or have time to give a crap -- who has time to care these days?" Shelton responded when asked about the allegations.

Last month, Lambert and Shelton laughed off the reports on Twitter.

But in all seriousness, the 36-year-old country singer says Lambert is the only one for him.

"I don't know that I ever really had any doubts," the "Sure Be Cool If You Did" singer said. "We had our ups and downs for damn sure along the way. I just could not imagine her not being in my life, I just couldn't get over her, I know I can't."

Shelton co-hosts the Academy of Country Music Awards with Luke Bryan from Las Vegas this Sunday on CBS.
