Demi Moore and Bruce Willis' middle daughter Scout is giving them trouble once again. The 20-year-old Brown University student was arrested on Monday night in New York City after a police officer saw her drinking an eight-ounce Pakistani beer out in the open in the city's Union Square just before 7 p.m. After she was caught, Willis presented an identification card with the name Katherine Kelly, but then admitted, "My name is Scout Willis," according to the criminal report. "The first ID isn't mine. My friend gave it to me. I don't know Katherine Kelly."

Willis, who was in the Big Apple to perform with her band Gus + Scout (with Rolling Stone founder Jan Wenner's son Gus), was booked for criminal impersonation and a violation of the open-container law, both misdemeanors. She was eventually released without bail on Tuesday morning, but will have to face the charges in Manhattan Criminal Court on July 31.

In March, Scout caused quite a stir when her Twitter account was discovered — and an Ivy League gossip site publicized her graphic musings about her drug use, sex life, and disdain for her famous parents. "I don't know what's worse for my bank account, my coke habit or my kombucha addiction," she wrote in one tweet, while in another she claimed, "I hate capitalism like I hate my parents, but they both serve me so well."

After the upset over what she had posted online, a rep for the student insisted the Twitter account was merely a class assignment, in which students were instructed to create a hoax. "This was done to illustrate how social media is utilized and that in today's social media culture, you can create a significant Twitter following based entirely on fabricated lies, and that the more outrageous and controversial the fabricated statement, the more followers you will get," reads the statement. "Current media interest in the fabricated Twitter school assignment appears to prove that point."

Unfortunately for Scout, the same excuse will probably not work with her parents this time.
