Mischa Barton, who is better known these days for her strange wardrobe than her acting skills, turned heads at a runway show during New York's Fashion Week on Thursday when she arrived looking amazing! Plus, Ashlee Simpson supports her beau, Vincent Piazza, at the season premiere of his HBO show "Boardwalk Empire," and Britney Spears flashes a major sparkler on her ring finger.
