You can't teach an old party girl new tricks. Less than a week after a probation judge warned her to change her wild ways, Lindsay Lohan was back inside a nightclub in the early hours of Thursday morning. Just before 2 a.m., the actress exited Pour Vous in Hollywood and jumped into the passenger seat of an awaiting car. Although that's not all that shocking, the identity of the person who followed her out just moments after is: Robert Pattinson! The "Twilight" star — minus his girlfriend Kristen Stewart — tried to go incognito in a baseball cap pulled down tight over his eyes and a bushy beard. Lohan, meanwhile, took a different approach and wore a skimpy outfit that was so short it showed off her entire thigh when she hopped in the car.

This was hardly the first time Lohan, 25, has partied since Judge Stephanie Sautner formally ended the former child star's four-year probation, stemming from a 2007 DUI. Just hours after her court appearance, Lohan hit the Chateau Marmont for lunch, where she just so happened to be seated at the table next to her ex-girlfriend, Samantha Ronson. That night, she threw a party in a private suite at the famed West Hollywood hotel. According to Life & Style, "the place was packed with people. It was so crowded, you could barely see anything. She was talking to a group of friends." Despite the fact it was a party, the magazine's source claims Lohan was not seen drinking any alcohol.

Time will tell if Lohan can stay on the straight and narrow and recapture a once-promising career. She's off to a good start: in addition to a starring role as Elizabeth Taylor in the Lifetime production of "Liz & Dick," she has also snagged a part on an upcoming episode of "Glee."

"I feel really grateful and happy, and ready to move forward," Lohan told TMZ the day her probation ended. "I'm really going to put my all into [the TV movie]. I'm really honored to play Elizabeth Taylor … I'm going to obviously do the best I can, and hopefully people will enjoy it."
