What’s Hollywood doing this Halloween? Partying!

Halloween isn't just about trick-or-treating and getting your kids' costumes! Grownups celebrate too … and in Hollywood, stars step out in style to mark the ghoulish holiday at exclusive soirees, nightclub bashes, and charity events from New York to L.A.. Check out some of the haunted happenings stars will surely be showing up to this year, and even some parties you can attend … for a price.

INVITE ONLY

Heidi Klum's 13th Annual Halloween Party, Wednesday, October 31: It's one of the most buzzed-about Halloween soirees in the celeb world — Heidi Klum's see-and-be-seen (in costume) big Halloween bash. Every year, the "Project Runway" arrives in elaborate costume (last year, she was a skinless human body, a la the popular Bodies in Motion exhibit) and was rolled in on a stretcher by two men in lab coats. This time around, she'll arrive in a Cleopatra costume (and without husband Seal for the first time in years, now that the two are separated). The big soiree is set to take place on Halloween, and mark the opening night of New York City's new Finale club on the Lower East Side. The Roots' DJ QuestLove will be spinning the tunes and guests will sip on spooky elixirs like HobNob's Wicked Red Punch, made of red wine, rum, and OJ. Last year Klum threw two bashes — one in Las Vegas and one in New York — and guests list included Fergie, John Legend, Russell Simmons, and Kate Upton. This year, however, everyone is wondering if one particular guest will be there: Klum's new boyfriend, bodyguard Martin Kristen.

Midori Green Halloween Party, hosted by Kim Kardashian, Saturday, October 27: The reality star the world loves to hate will host another Midori-sponsored soiree at NYC's hot nightclub Avenue, where guests are promised "sexy, enchanting ambiance" and "spooky surprises." The in-demand DJ Kiss will be spinning the tunes. No word on how many other Kardashians will be attendance, but with a red carpet and paparazzi out front, we're guessing a few.

Kate Hudson hosts Halloween: We don't know if she'll have another big bash this year, but last year Hudson (who had only given birth to son Bingham three months before) hosted a seriously star-studded soiree at her home in the L.A. enclave of Pacific Palisades. Jessica Alba, Gwen Stefani, Sarah Silverman, Jennifer Love Hewitt, David Arquette, Nicky Hilton, Patrick Dempsey, Emma Roberts, and Nicole Richie all threw on their finest costumes and showed up for the A-list bash.

PAY TO PARTY

Stacy Keibler hosts Dom Perignon: The Halloween Masquerade, Saturday, October 27: We can't promise George will be in attendance, but the A-list actor's main squeeze, Stacy Keibler, will be making the rounds at this champagne-infused party at Hyde Bellagio in Las Vegas. The event starts at 10p.m. and continues through "sunrise," so down a few Red Bulls before arriving. The evening will feature "Halloween-inspired live presentations from Cirque du Soleil performance along with "other surprises." Clooney? Maybe? Sigh, probably not.

The Maxim Halloween 2012 party hosted by Kid Rock, Saturday, October 27: One of Detroit's favorite sons, Kid Rock, will not just be hosting this shindig at Lavo nightclub at The Palazzo Las Vegas, he'll also be judging its "Sexy Little Devil" costume contest. The lucky lady crowned sexiest devil will win $1,000, a signed Kid Rock guitar, a one-year subscription to Maxim, and her photo featured on Maxim.com. Ah, every girl's dream ...

Scott Disick's "American Psycho" Halloween Extravaganza, Saturday, October 27: Competing with his almost-sister-in-law, Kim K., who's having a party the same night in New York, "reality star" Scott Disick will be hosting a Vegas bash with an "American Psycho" theme, since he has, after all been tapped to star in the film's remake thanks to his uncanny resemblance to one of the original characters. The bash will take place 1 OAK Nightclub at Las Vegas' Mirage Hotel & Casino with music by resident DJs IKON and Que.

Heroes & Villains Party with Sky Blu, Tuesday, October 30: The LMFAO member will host a Halloween bash the night before Halloween (admission is $30 for men, $20 for women) at Caesar's Palace's Pure nightclub , but if you're in town all week, you might also want to stop by Saturday's Heaven & Hell bash. Not only will the club give out $30,000 in cash prizes, but last year, "90210" star AnnaLynne McCord showed up. And, really, her appearance was a prize in itself. VIP admission and two hours of open bar at that soiree will set you back $75.

Jenny McCarthy's 40th Birthday Party & Halloween Bash, Wednesday, October 31: It's two celebrations in one! The Playboy model and, yes, author, will ring in the big 4-0 on Halloween night at Gallery Nightclub, inside the Planet Hollywood Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. Admission is a mere $30 for guys and $20 for ladies. Come dressed creatively because the winner of the night's costume contest will go home with $5,000.

Nelly's Halloween Birthday Celebration, Wednesday, October 31: Another celeb is combining a birthday bash with a Halloween party in Vegas. Rapper Nelly will mark his 38th b-day at The Bank Nightclub at Bellagio on Halloween night with Vegas staple DJ Karma spinning the tunes. But just because it's his birthday, doesn't mean he gets the night off from work. Nelly will also treat party revelers to a live performance.

Hulaween with Bette Midler, Wednesday, October 31: As she does every year, the Divine Miss M will be hosting masquerade ball benefit for the New York Restoration Project. The party always has a Hawaiian twist, in honor of Bette's home state, but this year it also has a French theme, dubbed Hulaween Francais, "A Season in Hell." The event, co-chaired by Michael Douglas, Catherine Zeta-Jones, and Michael Kors, among others, will feature special guest Al Gore, a musical performance by Blondie and dinner created by none other than celeb chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. "Balcony Lanai" tickets start at $650 each, and go up from there, topping out at $65,000 for a table of 10 that includes special butler service. It's Halloween, splurge a little!
