Watch ‘Turbo’ star Ryan Reynolds get interviewed by a tween

It's no wonder Ryan Reynolds would like "lots" of children — he sure seems to enjoy talking to them.

The 36-year-old Canadian actor looked delighted to speak to a tween from Kidzvuz.com, a video-sharing site for kids aged 7 to 12, at the premiere of "Turbo" in New York on Tuesday.

After approaching his young interviewer and giving her a high five, Reynolds listened intently as the girl stumbled over her first question, "What is a character trait that you wish you had more of?" (Don't worry, little girl — we'd get tongue-tied around Reynolds, too!)

"I think we could all use a little more patience," Reynolds responded. "I get a little impatient sometimes and I wish I didn't. That's something I need to work on. And I'm not just kidding around right now, I'm being serious. I need to be more patient."

His young interviewer's second and final question was about Reynolds's favourite snack on set. The buff actor, whom you would expect to be freshening up on protein shakes, made a surprising junk food admission. "It's always M&Ms. I'm a bit of an M&M nut," the Vancouver native said. "I like the blue ones. I pick them out."

The duo then high-fived and Reynolds gave his interviewer a lovely little compliment. "Good job," he said. "Easiest interview I had this whole day, seriously."

At the same premiere, the "Croods" star, who wed Blake Lively last fall, revealed the reason why he was excited about his future career as a father.

"I think you could kind of help heal some of the past stuff from your childhood as well as, you know, that's the gift that keeps on giving, having children," he told Access Hollywood. "That's an amazing experience."
