Drake Selling Luxe Canada Condo for $4M

Rapper Drake may be a Canada native, but he's cutting a very big tie to his home country, selling his posh three-bedroom Toronto condo for close to $4 million, according to real estate website Trulia. The asking price is $4.2 million Canadian dollars, which breaks down to around $3.98 million in U.S. bucks. The 3,600-square-foot pad sits on the 22nd floor of a building called One St. Thomas in the luxe neighborhood of Yorkville, which, according to the listing agency's website, is one of the city's "most prestigious addresses." To be sure, the enclave is home to many of the city's trendiest restaurants and becomes a celeb hangout during the annual Toronto Film Festival.

In addition to the three bedrooms and two and a half bedrooms, the 26-year-old's bachelor pad includes 500 square feet of space split amongst two heated terraces — for enjoying the outdoors on those chilly Canadian evenings and taking in those sweeping city views.

As for fancy features, the place has plenty of them. There are high-end Wolf, Sub-Zero, and Miele appliances in the gourmet kitchen, walnut floors, high ceilings, a private elevator, and two "spacious galleries" for displaying artwork.

The high-rise itself also includes lots of amenities worthy of a building full of wealthy residents, with a 24/7 concierge, valet parking, an indoor pool and spa, gym, and even a dining room with catering facilities … in case a 3,600-square-foot condo just isn't enough space for having your friends over for dinner.

But Drake will have no problem fitting all of his closest pals in his newest home, a 7,444-square-foot, 7-bedroom mansion in the Los Angeles suburb of Hidden Hills, which he picked up for $7.7 million last year.

Goodbye Toronto winters, hello January barbeques!
