Sofia Vergara Celebrates Her Return to Singledom With a Fabulous Vacation

Sofia Vergara isn't sitting at home crying over the change in her dating status from "in a relationship" to "single." Instead, the "Modern Family" star is having agood time!

Just over a week after news broke that the actress ended her relationship with entrepreneur boyfriend Nick Loeb, Vergara, 39, is sharing some fun, flirty photos from her post-split getaway with friends and family to the Caribbean island of Anguilla. In the pictures that she posted to her WhoSay account, the Colombian beauty is clearly enjoy fun in the sun — posing in a bikini, sipping a glass of "punch," napping, enjoying the sunset and even photo bombing. Yep, in one picture, she appears in the background behind a couple taking a self-portrait, hijacking the photo.

In the photo of Vergara posing on a boat with two friends, she is wearing a bikini from her own Kmart clothing line and waves a sarong overhead.

On her final day of the trip, Vergara posted a photo of herself sitting on the beach with her head buried in her arms, pretending to cry. It was captioned: " I dont want to go back!!"

Vergara, who stayed at the posh resort Viceroy Anguilla, was accompanied on the trip by a small group, which included her 19-year-old son Manolo, who is studying filmmaking at Boston University. Several photos that she posted during the trip included shots of Manolo — from standing outside their puddle-jumper plane to him snorkeling with a female friend.

For Mother's Day, Manolo made a video for his famous mom — who raised him as a single parent — that he posted on the YouTube. It featured home movie footage and photos of them together through the years. "What I'm most proud of … is that she hasn't changed," he says about his mother in the tribute. "She has her career and she still managed to raise me at the same time. That's pretty great. Is my mother a good mother? Yes, she's the best. She's Latin, of course, which means she's very loud, very overprotective… She's a loud Latin mother who calls my name repeatedly! Happy Mother's Day, I love you." Vergara was so excited by her son's production that she shared it on Twitter, writing, "Manolo surprised me with this video for Mother's Day!! Best Mothers Day gift! Gracias Manolo Manolo! I love you!"

Although it's back to reality for Vergara now that her vacation is over, she seems refreshed and ready for whatever comes her way. "Ciao Anguilla! Best place to recharge! Feeling ready and exited about what the future will bring!!!" she tweeted on her way home.
