It's impossible to know whether little Suri Cruise's girlyness is thanks to nature or nurture, but either way, this kid clearly isn't a tomboy.
Dressed in a frilly pink dress, coordinated jacket, and ballet flats, Suri and mom Katie Holmes hit the American Girl Store in New York City on Tuesday where the two browsed the megastore's endless shelves of dolls and teeny-tiny outfits and accessories. But, alas, the pair walked out empty-handed, a decision that the 5-year-old obviously wasn't too happy about. Suri put on quite the pout as Katie hoisted her up and out of the store (along with a stuffed bunny that had accompanied them on the trip).
Mrs. Tom Cruise is in New York promoting her latest film, "Jack and Jill," in which she plays the wife of Adam Sandler's character. And from the sounds of things, she's caught the comedy bug.
"I was laughing the whole time, I had so much fun working on this movie. I've always been a fan of Adam's and all of his work, so I loved every minute being on this set," she recently told "Good Morning America. " "It was really exciting to go into this world and work with the best."
